BACK OF HOUSE - KITCHEN
A Full/Part Time COMMIS CHEF and a full time CHEF DE PARTIE. Working with fresh locally sourced ingredients in a very busy kitchen with a really good existing team to join. You will be required to work evenings and weekends, be punctual, well presented, hard working and willing to help maintain high standards within the kitchen at all times. In return, we offer good rates of pay plus tips, continuous training and support and an opportunity for career progression.
FRONT OF HOUSE - RESTAURANT & BAR
ASSISTANT/DUTY Manager required to help lead and train a team of waiters/waitresses and bar people. Assist in organising Rotas, Managing stock takes, cashing up tills, maintaining and improving high standards of customer service, presentation and cleanliness of the Front of House Departments.
Rates of pay negotiable after interview and depending on experience.
